What we found. Subterranean termites were active at the base of the walls: along the skirting, in the corner beside a door frame and at the wall corners. At one corner they had pushed fresh soil out onto the floor, a sign that the colony was working that spot at the time of the visit.
What we did. We fixed above-ground bait stations directly over each active spot and sealed them in place, so the termites already travelling there feed on the bait and carry it back to the colony. See how termite baiting works and how long it takes.
What happens next. The stations are checked on monitoring visits, and bait is replaced as it is eaten, until the activity stops. We'll update this report with the result.
